Bonus System for AI Editors (SbS)

ℹ️ Note

Payment of bonuses is a right but not an obligation of our company. The amount and terms of payment may change depending on financial results, the economic situation and other factors deemed necessary by the company. According to the current agreement, the only guarantee of your income is the fixed cost of the task (unconditional bonus). Any additional payment, including other bonuses, is at the discretion of the company and cannot be regarded as a permanent part of contractual payments. The company reserves the right to modify, cancel or introduce new terms for bonus payments.

This bonus will stop being accrued after exceeding a 55-hour limit of total working hours in Yang per week. Note that only the first 80 minutes of task completion will be taken into account when calculating 55 hours a week.

Example:
An editor spent a total of 3 hours (180 minutes) on a task. However, only the first 1.33 hours (80 minutes) will count toward the 55-hour limit when calculating the remaining time.

So, to calculate how many hours are left until the limit is reached, use the following formula:

55 − 1.33 (not 3 hours!) = 53.66 hours remaining

Each editor receives the weekly bonus equivalent to 1 working hour for teamwork activities

Appeals in Yang

Each editor with lost 2+1 cases will see an individual appeal pool in Yang. These pools help editors defend their verdicts.
The pool description will include the editor's login, the number of tasks, and the deadline.

Submitting appeals on tasks from the project "[Turkey][editors] SbS of generative factual responses (with multiple sources)" (editor's login, number of tasks). The appeals can be submitted until [date and time (UTC+3)]

How to appeal

Review the request, the responses, and the three possible solutions to the task. Evaluate the arguments of other editors.
If you agree with the third decision of the arbiter, select the option "No" next to the question "Do you want to submit an appeal?". In this case, you do not need to fill out the Comment field.
If you think that your decision was correct, select the option "Yes" next to the question "Do you want to submit an appeal?" and leave your arguments in the Comment field.
After making a decision and filling out all the necessary fields, make sure that you have not forgotten anything and click on the "Submit" button.

Submitting an appeal is an independent decision. Before doing it, the editor should not consult with colleagues or the chief editor.

Appeal deadline

Pay attention to the deadline specified in the pool description. It is at this point that the appeals process must be completed. After the deadline for submission, the pool will be unavailable in Yang. The submitting of appeals has the highest priority among all tasks.
